We're seeking a detail-oriented QC Lab Professional to play a supportive role in setting up and running our new laboratory in Visp. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through a variety of microbiological and biochemical analyses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Be instrumental in setting up the new lab, including equipment installation and validation.
• Conduct microbiological and biochemical analyses using established protocols.
• Document your work meticulously, maintaining clear and accurate records.
• Operate and maintain a variety of laboratory instrumentation.
• Manage laboratory supplies, ensuring a smooth workflow by proactively anticipating needs.
• Contribute to the Lean Lab project, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the planning and execution of studies and process improvements in the laboratory.

We are looking for someone with, 

• A laboratory technician diploma or similar qualification upto Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in German and English languages.
• Proven experience with microbiological or biochemical analysis methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) a plus.
• A strong interest in quality control and a commitment to accurate and reliable results.
• A passion for learning new things and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
