We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented EM Specialist to join our dynamic QC team in Visp, Switzerland. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products by optimizing our Environmental Monitoring (EM) and Clean Utilities (CU) processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement process improvements for EM and CU monitoring to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare clear and concise EM/CU trend reports to support informed decision-making.
• Review and release EM/CU results, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Investigate and resolve EM/CU excursions to minimize potential risks and maintain optimal environmental conditions.
• Qualify and maintain EM equipment to guarantee reliable data collection.
• Work closely with the analytical and microbiological laboratory to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
• Provide support with sampling and transport organization, as needed.

We are looking for some with a, 

• Holds a Master of Science (MSc) or higher degree in a biological science field (e.g., Microbiology, Environmental Science).
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Possesses proven experience in environmental and clean utilities monitoring.
• Has a solid track record of managing EM/CU processes and resolving excursions effectively.
• Proficient in utilizing IT systems for data acquisition and monitoring.
• Maintains a strong learning mindset and a willingness to stay updated on industry best practices.
• Possesses excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Adapts well to unexpected changes and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Works independently and demonstrates a structured approach to tasks.
• Fluently communicates in English; German language skills are a plus.
