As a Visual Inspector Operator, you are a crucial pillar in our production process. Your area of responsibility includes:
- Independently perform manual visual inspections of vials, syringes, and cartridges for various quality-related test points.
- Document the results of the visual inspection in accordance with GMP regulations and fill out manufacturing documents and logbooks.
- Support internal material transfers and ensure that the end products are stored properly and in accordance with GMP after inspection.
- Ensure that regulatory requirements and hygiene regulations are complied with at all times.
- Use the document management system professionally.
- Support the ongoing optimization of internal processes and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
Your profile
We are looking for a motivated and committed professional who is ready to actively grow with us, combining in-depth technical knowledge with a pronounced cooperative spirit.
- Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of proficiency. Experience in quality control or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior knowledge of visual inspection is not required. Comprehensive and in-depth internal training will be provided.
- Good eyesight (you must pass an eye test – glasses are not an obstacle).
- Reliable, independent, and precise in your work, and you have a high level of quality awareness, concentration, and resilience.
- Good written and spoken German skills are required.
- Flexible and do not mind irregular working hours.
- Team player, value open communication, and are highly motivated.
