Your mission
As a
Process Expert in Visual Inspection based in
Visp, your core mission will be to maintain and enhance the quality and compliance of our VI processes. You'll be instrumental in developing robust procedures, troubleshooting deviations, and supporting the introduction of new products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being a vital part of the VI team, actively contributing to the development of GMP-compliant processes, establishing clear acceptance criteria, and creating essential documentation.
- Taking the lead in investigating deviations, processing change requests, and implementing effective improvement measures to enhance our operations.
- Representing visual inspection activities in various project teams, lending your expertise to seamlessly support the introduction of new products.
- Owning the creation of compelling new product and campaign training materials for our teams.
- Supporting us by conducting thorough risk and trend analyses and ensuring strict compliance with all acceptance criteria.
- Actively drive the continuous improvement of quality-relevant processes within the VI area.
Your profile
We are looking for a professional who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:
- Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a closely related scientific field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment. Prior experience in Operations, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Science & Technology is beneficial. Specific experience in visual inspection is helpful but not mandatory.
- A true team player who enjoys contributing ideas and is eager to actively shape the future of the VI area.
- Known for an efficient, meticulous, and proactive approach. You are characterized by strong resilience and organizational skills.
- Excellent German and English language skills are required.
