Your mission
We are looking for a motivated Filling Operator ready to work in shifts in Visp and make a substantial contribution to the manufacturing of pioneering medicines. If you combine technical expertise with precision and a cooperative spirit, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic GMP environment.
As a Filling Operator, you are a crucial pillar in our production process. Your area of responsibility includes:
- Operating our highly automated, modern filling plant for liquid pharmaceuticals, monitor the process, and execute various critical activities within the isolator.
- Handling diverse tasks related to the filling process, such as providing various materials and/or carrying out monitoring activities.
- Supporting the Line Experts with the changeovers of the filling plant, covering both mechanical and electronic aspects.
- Being jointly responsible for strictly adhering to all regulatory provisions and hygiene regulations (GMP).
- Collaborating on the further development and optimization of processes and are expected to actively contribute your ideas.
- Willing to work alternately in day shifts and a flexible 3-shift system, with no regular weekend assignments.
Your profile
We are looking for a motivated and committed professional who is ready to actively grow with us, combining in-depth technical knowledge with a pronounced cooperative spirit.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Completed vocational training (Berufslehre) and brings practical experience in industrial pharmaceutical production and cleanroom operations.
- Some knowledge in sterile filling (aseptic processing) and experience within the GMP environment.
- A strong affinity for operating automated production systems and for electronics in general.
- Dedicated team player with very good German language skills (both written and spoken).
- Open to new ideas and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances and requirements.
- Flexibility and are motivated to continuously develop within our dynamic environment.
