As our Line Expert, you will be the technical backbone of our highly automated filling operations. You aren’t just operating machinery; you are ensuring the precision, safety, and efficiency of a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical production line.

Your areas of responsibility include:

• Executing the end-to-end operation of advanced filling systems within a cleanroom environment, including complex equipment changeovers and the integration of new container formats.
• Leading equipment setups and technical troubleshooting by evaluating the criticality of issues and performing interventions strictly within regulatory frameworks.
• Driving qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and managing the re-qualification of new formats to ensure the line remains audit-ready.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for internal maintenance teams and external contractors during facility shutdowns.
• Mentoring and training production staff to foster a culture of technical excellence on the shop floor.
• Authoring and managing critical production documentation in full alignment with GMP standards, while proactively identifying workflow optimizations.
• Working within a flexible shift model that provides variety without the requirement of regular weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• A technical degree or completed apprenticeship, backed by a proven track record in industrial pharma and cleanroom operations.
• A natural aptitude for automated systems and electronics, with proficiency in compounding systems, autoclaves, and industrial washing units.
• The ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and pivot quickly when priorities shift.
• Strong communication skills, acting as a collaborative partner who values collective success and continuous improvement.
• Professional fluency in German, which is essential for this role.
