We're looking for a Primary Packaging Intern to join our team in Basel for a 6-month, starting in 2026!

This dynamic role offers practical experience in business operations and process improvement. In the Primary Packaging Lab, you operate at the interface of pharmaceutical science and engineering, developing and qualifying primary packaging systems to ensure product quality, and safeguard patient safety. Through interactions with analytical, quality, and manufacturing functions, you gain insight into the diverse and interconnected aspects of the drug product development lifecycle within a CDMO environment.
 
You'll support critical testing and method development for primary packaging of parenteral drug products (vials, pre-filled syringes, cartridges). Key responsibilities in the primary packaging development lab include performing different container closure integrity test (CCIT) methods like helium leak testing and dye ingress, alongside with various other primary packaging characterization techniques.

We are looking for a student...

• Enrolled in or recently completed Bachelors or Masters in the revelant scientific/technical field. 
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and positive approach.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
