Your mission
We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Engineer to support our team in Visp.
- A comprehensive introduction to the world of pharmaceutical production: you will familiarise yourself with our existing production facilities and technical systems in detail - from mechanics and control technology to GMP-compliant processes.
- Participate in the construction of new production lines: You'll be there live when new systems are planned, installed and qualified - a unique opportunity to understand processes from the ground up and play an active role in shaping them.
- Take on technical responsibility: You will support the planning, implementation and documentation of maintenance and servicing measures on state-of-the-art pharmaceutical plants.
- Fault analysis and problem solving: You will learn how to systematically analyse technical faults, identify causes and develop sustainable solutions - always in line with regulatory requirements.
- Project work and continuous improvement: You will work on interdisciplinary projects, e.g. to increase efficiency (OEE), digitalise maintenance processes or introduce new technologies.
- Collaboration at eye level: In our holocratic structure, you will work closely with colleagues from Production, Quality, Engineering and IT - without rigid hierarchies, but with plenty of room for personal initiative.
- Learning in everyday life: Through regular feedback meetings, mentoring and targeted further training
