In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless, GMP/GDP-compliant storage, picking, and delivery of materials and products. We operate within a

Your responsibility will include:
- Oversight both the strategic direction and daily operations of our warehouse and logistics functions, always adhering to strict GMP and GDP regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Ensure our warehousing, picking, and shipping processes are not only efficient but also fully compliant with all relevant standards.
- Take ownership of or contribute to the creation and processing of deviations, change requests, and CAPAs.
- Be responsible for accurate inventory management, optimal warehouse organization, and continuous process improvements.
- Lead or contribute to critical cross-departmental projects, such as system launches, facility expansions, or the integration of new service providers.
- Work closely with production, quality assurance, purchasing, and external service providers to ensure integrated and effective operations.
- Utilize and further develop ERP systems (specifically MS Dynamics) to meticulously control and document all logistics processes.
- Prepare for and support audits and inspections conducted by authorities, demonstrating our commitment to compliance.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with:
- A degree in logistics, business administration, pharmaceutical technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a management position.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations and their practical implementation.
- Demonstrable experience in managing projects within a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Confidence in working with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP).
- Strength in supportive leadership and cross-functional communication.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
- Enjoyment of a practical, hands-on approach with a high level of initiative and solution-orientation.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
