We're looking for a dedicated Senior QC Specialist, Microbiology & Sterility to join our Quality Control team in our new facility Viva 2 Visp. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the sterility and microbiological integrity of our products, contributing directly to patient safety and product efficacy.

• Leading Sterility and Microbiology Operations: You'll oversee and organize all sterility and microbiology analytics, ensuring smooth and efficient laboratory operations.
• Methodology Expert: You'll be responsible for the successful implementation, rigorous verification, and routine execution of testing methods, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Equipment Guardianship: You'll manage and maintain isolators and other critical equipment used for sterility testing, ensuring they are always in optimal working condition.
• Quality Assurance & Problem Solving: You'll be on the front lines of quality control, actively handling Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and deviations related to sterility and microbiology analytics, and driving effective resolutions.

We are looking for someone with: 

• University Degree in Bioscience or similar.
• Proven experience with:
  • Sterility testing
  • Isolator environment in QC
  • Microbiology Analytics
  • GMP laboratory work
  • Aseptic production
  • Regulatory inspections and customer audits
• Proficiency in English ; German basics are a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other laboratory/quality systems
