As our IT Support Specialist in Visp, you will be the backbone of local IT operations during an exciting phase of growth. You will ensure our team has the stable technical environment they need to succeed, balancing day-to-day user support with the rigorous documentation standards of the pharmaceutical industry as we expand our "Viva2" facility and introduce new shift patterns.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the primary Helpdesk contact, providing high-quality 1st and 2nd level on-site and remote support to resolve all software and hardware issues.
• Manage the full hardware lifecycle, including inventory documentation, provisioning, and deploying workstations and laptops within the local domain and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Administer user accounts and core platforms, including the Microsoft 365 cloud environment, Slack, and Roomz.
• Maintain and optimize network infrastructure while continuously standardizing IT workflows and supporting cross-functional business projects.
• Ensure strict regulatory compliance by maintaining the GMP Inventory, conducting periodic reviews, and updating IT SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and CAPA documentation.
• Provide critical operational support for the Viva2 expansion, including preparation for planned night shifts.

We are looking for someone with:

• A background in IT (Informatiker EFZ, BSc in ICT, or equivalent experience) with a passion for hands-on support.
• Prior experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) or highly regulated environment is an advantage. However, we also value individuals who show the perseverance, commitment, and determination to learn and grow in this area.
• You understand that in pharma, "if it isn't documented, it didn't happen." You have an eye for detail when it comes to SOPs and change controls.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment and can manage your workload independently while supporting colleagues.
• Fluency in German and English is essential for coordinating with both local teams and global stakeholders.
• You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• You are passionate and committed, possessing a strong team spirit and a genuine willingness to support others.
