 As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful transfer, optimization, and validation of drug product processes.
 
 Your responsibilities will include,  

• Technical/strategic leadership in successful definition, implementation, transfer, supervision, and optimization of DP (drug product) processes (sterile manufacturing) in close collaboration with customer project teams 
• Perform Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) in compliance with GMP and customer requirements
• Define, describe, and train relevant business processes within the focus area of PPQ
• Development and implementation of standardized MSAT procedures/processes
• Lead/ support technical challenges and complex root cause investigations including data analysis for process-related investigations/deviations, product impact assessments, change control assessments
• Participate in technology, GAP and GMP risk assessments and responsible for scale up in engineering and green field projects
• Drive process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement

We are looking for someone with: 

• Master's degree in Life Science (e.g. Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sterile manufacturing and/or MSAT
• Strong understanding of the sterile manufacturing process and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Willing to make a significant contribution to continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, German is a plus
• Open minded, solution oriented, and structured personality with a CAN-DO attitude
• This is an Hybrid role, but you'll need to be in Visp at our manufacturing site at least two days a week and  during campaigns.
